WHY HOUR BODY ?

At our gym, we offer an interval circuit training experience that combines both cardio and weight training exercises. Our interval training consists of a series of stations, each with its own set of exercises. Each class is one hour where you will move from station to station, completing each exercise for a set amount of time before moving on to the next station.

ROWING 


When using the rowing machine each stroke engages a remarkable 85% of your body's muscles. This low-impact exercise is an excellent way to enhance your endurance, build strength and increase power. 

TREAD

No matter your fitness level, you can choose to walk, jog, or run at your own pace during the workout. In addition to the treadmill, we offer bikes and striders as alternative cardio options. 

STRENGTH & WEIGHT TRAINING

To ensure a well-rounded workout, we vary our weight and floor exercises on a daily basis, allowing you to target different muscle groups each time

During our workouts, we utilize a variety of state of the art equipment where everyone will have their own personal digital training station.
